Donovan Funk, the dynamic singer-songwriter whose debut album "Subjective Reality" captivated audiences in 2022, is gearing up for his highly anticipated follow up release. Funk aims to deepen his connection with fans with a sound inspired by the new wave of shoegaze bands such as Horse Jumper of Love, Downward, and Glare.

Set to release on October 16, 2024, the two track single titled "Promo" was recorded directly to cassette tape in his home studio and is a welcome development to previous releases, expanding upon Funk's unique approach to lyricism and soundscapes.

With his distinctive blend of heartfelt lyrics, melodious compositions, and soulful vocals, Funk's music resonates deeply with listeners as he invites them to delve deep into the complexities of the human experience. After two successful tours in the Southwest spanning Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and Kansas, the artist has a growing audience that is fit for the upcoming release.
